The title does not pertain to me. It is just my impression that editing video is not difficult because my niece can edit video that she captures with her cell phone. And she learned editing only by herself. Most of her classmates know how to edit videos whether in a Mac or PC. And the video editing software my niece uses is the same software that is used in the movies. That means almost anyone who has the propensity to learn the software can be a movie editor. Am I right on this assumption? That may be the reason for the proliferation of indie films.
