What is the best video editor for making hd comercial videos like these in fiverr?
I want to make some stunning videos, but with ready templates.

You can use Sony Vegas or Adobe After Effects,that is one i know that are good and have alot of templates that can be found across Internet.

Agreeing with Dusan, Sony Vegas is definitely something to consider. I'd also look at Adobe After Effects, CyberLink, Final Cut Pro, and Pinnacle Studio 6. You'd have to pay for all of these, though.

AppGeeker editor works great and is intuitive, especially if you only need to do basic things.

If you are planning just editing then I would suggest Adobe Premiere Pro instead of After Effects, After Effects is not for compact purposes the result is heavier filesize.
