Video Editing

Depends on how serious you want to get with your project. I find that the hated Windows Movie Maker is fine enough for the small projects I do.

Vegas isn't free? If you are looking for something professional that you can actually get something done, you have to spend something.
 
I know Vegas is hundreds, 60 FPS, Is important, I am looking to be able to edit montages,
 
No good video editing software is free my friend. The only video editing software I know of that are free is iMovie and Windows Movie Maker.
 
I see there is some Sony editing software for 40€
It is a downgrade of Vegas.
 
Indeed, OpenShot is pretty good for a beginners video editor for Linux. But, I heard Kdenlive is more feature rich, but complicated to use.
