The Video Game Voters Network is a place for American gamers to organize and defend against threats to video games by registering to vote and letting Congress know how important this issue is to the community.
At times like this, I wish I was American to show my disgust at the whole thing. If this goes through, the world's gaming industry will just crash, which will leave me out a job because studying to get into an industry that doesn't exist anymore is well... pointless.
They claim that they are harmful to minors, because apparently the Californian Government feels that people under the age of 18 cannot make a rational decisions.
Frankly, I feel that if they truly feel that way, then they need to fix their education system, not get rid of the games. ¬.¬
Honestly, movies and music is just as at fault for any of that as video games. But here is the best part, none are at fault!
Listen to any afroman song, or any rap song for that matter and that could put some non perfect thoughts into a young persons head. But no, they try and pin it on video games.
