Keek, Viddy, and Vine are some pretty popular video sharing sites for short few second videos you take with a smartphone or tablet.
Dailymotion, Blip.TV, Metacafe, and Veoh are alternitives to YouTube and Vimeo.
Blip.TV also pays you for views on your videos via Paypal if you agree to put ads on your video, and you connect your Paypal to your Blip.TV account.
A lot of social networks like Facebook, Google Plus, and Myspace let you upload videos as well for friends to view on your profile, but I'm not sure if you can embed video.
