View site as x User

I have phpBB 3.3.1 and have enjoyed the software so far. But one thing I am not able to locate is the ability to view the website as x user or role. Many Google searches point to where this option use to be located, but either the information is no longer true or its for a different version. Is anyone familiar with that feature? Does it still exist in phpBB 3 or was it gotten rid of.

What websites are you looking at that are giving you the information? Do you have the links by any chance?

Typically I am reading it in phpbb's own forums. I didn't really keep any of the information I found as well, they didn't help.

There is a Switch User extension.
