Artisteer looks easy to use to make templates for WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and other CMS, and HTML site without knowing any HTML, CSS, and PHP coding.

It also looks good for quickly making layout for demo purposes then custumizing the HTML, CSS, and PHP which artisteer made with Notepad to make the file size of the template smaller.

I think Artisteer Template genetator and editor is a good option for people who are un-sure of which template to use for their blog or website, and don't want to use a free template with promotional and affiliate links in them.

It's great for beginners.
I would have to say using it for business is a no go though.

I'm not sure if you can legally use it for Business since the pictures are probably only licensed to the owner of the person who bought Artisteer.

Otherwise, multiple people will split the cost to buy one copy to share with multiple people to save money by just buying one copy since not a lot of people change their template much on a regular basis.

I read on http://www.wordpressninja.com/2011/01/a ... ac-review/ and http://www.debojyotipal.com/artisteer-t ... generator/ that Artisteer template are W3C HTML validated, so the code which Artisteer generates should be fine for many "general purpose" websites and blog.
