VigLink Install Problem

I'm trying to install the VigLink code I was given.

I installed the VigLink plugin available for Mybb so I put the code in the settings for that particular plugin.

When I check that the code is installed on Chrome it says that the code is installed, but when trying IE, I get the following:

VigLink was not detected, but this might help:
•Using an ad blocker? Disable it and try again.
• Make sure the code is installed on that page. (We only check this page, not other pages on the same site.)
• Check that the "key" value exactly matches the one above.
• Still having trouble? Ask us for help!

What do I need to do to make it detectable on IE?

Try temporarily disabling the popup/ad blocker in the options menu in IE.

**I'm not entirely sure, I don't use VigLink.

Unfortunately that didn't help...

Can you check to see if the clicks are being record through IE. It may be that it still records each click even if it shows that message.

Right click and view the source of your forum. If you can see the VigLink code there, it should still work. It tends to tell IE it was not detected, even though it's working fine.

Well in IE under view source, the code does show up.

It should be working fine then. You could always contact VigLink just incase. But it should be be working if the code can be seen.
