Has anyone bought anything Virtual Reality capable yet?
I know on the ps4 you can buy some equipment and work. I believe with a PC, right now you'd probably have to upgrade your video card, though not sure of course. What do you all think of Virtual Reality for gaming? 🙂
It's getting there, gradually. Recently in the past couple of months there has been a lot of coverage of the HTC Vive VR by many YouTube channels, including jacksepticeye who has 9.6 million subscribers, roughly. Some of the games played with the HTC Vive look great, apparently they're really atmospheric, and the hand grips that you use seem to have motion tracking spot on; you can even catch virtual items mid-air, and probably juggle.
VR has quite a way to go, but it wouldn't surprise me if there were full VR body suits available in next ten years.
