Little bit of advice, try building a constructive forum (i.e. adding sections to your forum) before trying to promote your forum.

When you try to promote your forum before you've even built it then people won't join because there's nothing to make them want to join.

I mean, I made my forum, Hocotate Freight for the purposes of having a popular and active community and showing people my game creations and such and also for discussing video games.

That's understandable but yes it needs quiet a bit of design work and more forums right now you don't seem to have any but two 😕

If you need help you should try and find someone willing to do so 🙂
