I think it is the skin because it's small for me too, but i really like the skin.

I like the skin but I don't know about having a Pokemon in the banner for a advertising forum.

I think they put the pokemon in there because it's "volt" advertisements, and the l on "volt" is actually a lightning volt, so maybe there saying pickachu made it? 😛.

I also think you should remove that myspace led scroller and replace them with banner ads, the scroller is quite annoying and useless.
