One thing to consider, is some members are voting for other forums in this list as well. And, only one vote per IP, per day actually counts. even if they're voting for more than one forum, i believe it only counts once they have voted for thei first forum.

I could be wrong, though.

I think it's once per forum. But i am not 100% sure how it works.
