Okay, I'm looking for some votes for my forum on some topsites. What you have to do is click the links listed here:

You will get 5FP for each click.

However, take note that The Web Tower only takes one 'in' vote from one IP, so you will only be able to get 5FP from that once. The others you can click as many times as you like, but make sure you have 24 hours between each click.
