Well, this & the avatar competiton kinda lost it's purpose. As I'm sure FotM will, too.

It's not my rules. I'm sure it's fair game. Just kinda defeats the purpose from allowing members to actually vote on the best; and not which forum they are from. ~cool~

Maybe you should have added a simple rule like,you can only enter if you actually created your own banner.

Well I was going to vote for KMRock because he has a nice banner but I think I'm changing that due to the fact that he sort of, well cheated 😛

I don't understand the need for outside voting. This isn't a FP sponsored contests. It's suppose to be fun for the members 🙂

Since when was that rule made. You guys should have stated that rule when you opened this thread. Its kind of stupid to punish people who broke a rule before the rule was even made. Dont you think?

The rule for that,that you just made up yesterday is completly ignorant.
You should've made that a rule and mentioned it in the first post to begin with for people to know.So you shouldn't be able to DQ people for it now if you didn't mention it when you started the competition.
Please,explain to me why it's such a big deal? This is an advertisement board for such thing like this isn't it? Wheather it be posting or contest it's all the same.
For one thing,all it's doing is helping you in the end as it's gained this board more members and post..which seems to be yall's drive as nothing is free here.
Personally if this is how you treat members just for referring other people to the contest I see no need in coming here anymore as that's not being a friendly community...or being smart on the contest situation either seeing as I mentioned above..you never said that was a rule at the beginning.
Who the hell just starts making up rules as the contest goes through?
and I wasn't hiding anything Dark T.,guests just can't see certain forums so you can stop trying to be a rat at any moment.
With all of that said,I think I'm finished now...Hopfully an administrator will read this as I'm sure they won't think it's fair either to make up rules as you go along. ~_^

I agree with Itachi you can't just add a rule during a contests because that is unfair. KMRocks did the something in the Best Avatar Comp but didn't get disqualified because in the rules it never said he can't do that. Maybe next time you can add a that rule.
I'm cool with it, just kinda find it a little strange that a banner won't win the competiton fair and square. But, instead, based on how much member support the forum gets 😉
It's the principle that an admin wouldn't just let the members here vote, but wanted to desperately win the competition by announcing it. I still won't stoop that low, even if it is allowed. Takes the TRUE fun out of the competitoion.

How is it not fair and Square hcfwesker? The point of the contest was who had the best created banner? So by being "Faire and Square" shouldn't it just count towards the one that looks the best?
