Vps over Shared hosting

Oh, that's neat. I have a VPS currently for my site and as I said before it's not too bad a month but paid for it for 1 year a while back.
Cool, right on. I pay $46 a month. 🙂

I have small sites, therefore, do not have any issues with shared hosting. have been running sites since 2015 and have never thought to upgrade my hosting from shared hosting.
That works too! 😀

Shared hosting is excellent for personal websites and new enterprises, whereas virtual private server hosting (VPS) is superior for larger websites and smaller businesses. Shared hosting is less expensive overall, but virtual private servers (VPS) provide for greater control over resource restrictions, greater levels of protection, and improved overall performance. However, VPS costs more than shared hosting.

Shared hosting is the choice that will save you money due to the fact that you will be sharing a server with other websites. You are only provided with a restricted number of resources, but you may still manage a modest website without having to pay a lot of money. On the other side, virtual private server hosting (VPS hosting) offers increased flexibility and performance for a larger monthly fee.

When I overloaded my shared account years ago, I went to a VPS. It was okay, but would lag at times. Nothing b eats a fully dedicated server. I love it!

I'm not completely sure if it is really a comparison as generally, you start on shared and move to a VPS as your site grows. Today, pricing is not bad for many VPS services and you can easily start on one, but you are not getting much return value for the extra expense until your site grows. My actual suggestion would be to go with a hosting provider that offers all the services you may need to make transferring up the tiers a much smoother process (most of the time).
