First Impressions:
There are quite a few things that I'd like to talk about here, however, I will refrain from mentioning them because I'll discuss them in greater detail in other parts of this review. After all, I don't want to sound like a broken record. I will mention how clean your site looks upon arrival. It makes the site look good to guests and potential members and it also makes things easier to find. Now, on with the rest of your review......

Website Usability:
I can see you have lots of wallpapers and you have the most recent ones available on the main page of your site. But I like how you have the ability to search for different types of wallpapers through the use of the navigation bar at the top. You also have the search feature in the top right hand corner. Through the use of both, a guest of your site has the ability to find a specific wallpaper must faster and easier that way.

Business Sensibility:
Since you offer wallpapers for free, I can't really suggest that you ensure that you have the best pricing. What I can suggest is that you make sure you have a bigger and broader selection of wallpapers versus other sites that might be your potential competitors. That would involve doing some research on your part by finding these potential competitors and seeing what you can offer more of or better than these competitors. Also, you'll want to check on your ALEXA rank. Promoting your site as best as humanly possible and doing your best to gain the highest ALEXA rank as possible will help to ensure that your site is successful.

Site Structure:
The way the site is laid out is really good actually. I don't have any trouble finding my way around your site or finding what I am looking for. That is always one of my biggest pet peeves. The only thing that I would do differently is I would take the "About Me" that you have located at the bottom and move it towards to top. It always seems to bother me when a site has an "About Me" and I have to go searching for it on the site.

Design Quality:
I like the colors black, white and red. I think that color combination looks good together. I think the banner/header could be a little bigger though. With it being as small as it is, I think that it is being overpowered by the navigation bar, search feature and other things going on around it. I would also like to see you get more creative with the "look" of the banner/header. You use some different icon(s) along with it other than the one your using.

Originality:
This is the only thing that really doesn't rate very high with me. I've seen other sites that offer wallpapers, some were free and some you had to pay for. You'll have to stick out from the crowd in order to really be original. Part of what you can do to stick out from the crowd, I've already mentioned in "Business Sensibility". I do like the fact that you show how many times a wallpaper has been downloaded. That does show the popularity of each wallpaper and that will be something that others will look at so keep that going.

Spelling, Grammar & Professionalism:
I didn't find any grammar or spelling mistakes when browsing your site. Whether or not you have some other staff on your site or it's just you, I can't tell by looking on your site. You do have a "Contact Us" in the navigation bar and at the very bottom of the site, however, those lead you to a form that you fill out and I don't know where that leads to. You might want to consider putting up a staff page, regardless if it's just you or if other staff are included in running of the site. If you're not willing to make a staff page, you might consider adding something about the staff in the "About Me".
