WAMP Queston

I am installing phpBB3 and need to create a database.
Do i do this in phpadmin if i do how do i set the username and password.

Yes, you click on localhost at the top, and then go down and near the bottom it should say Databases, click that and down the bottom it should have create

Yes, you do, and when you install MySQL you should of set a password which you use to login into to phpMyAdmin 😉

ComKid its not the same as installing one by one.
Comkid did not install wamp he did one by one,he told me on msn.
The Pimped Papaya it does not say or ask.Where do i do it ?

If you are installing phpBB, and need a database for it, then no. You just use the CPanel MySQL section to create a database, assign a user and then input this info into the phpBB install process. For WAMP, you will need to follow the second post's details.

Then up the top, it should say localhost.

But there is a tab at the top called databases.
If you click it on that page it says
Create new database
among other things.
