Want backlinks on TV/Music/Entertainment sites - $500 budget

I am looking for some backlinks to my websites.

I have $500 to spend and want to get a good number of quality backlinks.

Sites must:

- be in a TV/Music/Entertainment niche. UK based preferable, but not required.
- have their own domain name
- dofollow links
- looking for 1-6 month terms

Instead of doing simply the media board I'd be willing to do a foot text link board wide. Here are some statistics from Awstats. Please note tomorrow (Sunday, 7/25/10) marks being officially open for 2 weeks.
