Want To Buy Niche Forums high $x,xxx budget

Hi All,

I posted before but didn't get a very good response.

I'm looking for fairly niche forums. For example, rather than something like DigitalPoint, I'd rather have a forum focused on SEO. Rather than a general Motorcycle forum, I'd rather have a forum specific to dirt bikes etc etc.

I will consider most forums, but I'm not interested in brand new ones. They don't have to be active but they do need to have traffic and posts. I'll put some minimum requirements to make it easy:

1,000 unique visitors+ (I prefer to check using Google Analytics)
10,000 posts
250 members
