I use HostGator and they are great..I haven't had any problems and their support is always helpful for me..I don't know what your talking about.DarkGizmo said:Stay away from Hostgator, their support is horrible and there's a lot of downtime and issues...... I suggest what Shady said. Hawkhost. it's what ForumPromotion uses to host the site it's what I use to host mine and I haven't had any problems with them. 🙂
I was with hostgator before I moved to Hawkhost and had nothing but problems with them. My site was down more then it was up and they had issues with their server configurations and blamed it on IPB's software, which it turned out to be their server configs and not the software. The support staff I went through maybe 6 people and none of them could figure out why my site wasn't working properly, mind you I wasn't the only site that was having issues under them at the time. Their knowledge on what my site's 'issues' were, was very very poor and it took them about a week to get everything straightened out. Things were fine for about 2 weeks after that then problems started up again. It was very very poor customer service and I wouldn't go back to them if they were the last webhost on the internet.Chris Grigg said:I use HostGator and they are great..I haven't had any problems and their support is always helpful for me..I don't know what your talking about.DarkGizmo said:Stay away from Hostgator, their support is horrible and there's a lot of downtime and issues......
