Want to Hire someone to design a html template.

Hello, I'm looking to have a 3 column html template made, and have cutenews (http://cutephp.com/cutenews/) integrated into it to my specs. I'm paying 15 bucks USD for this design as I only need the template made with navbars and cutenews in it. I pay through paypal, let me know if you're interested 🙂

You don't need CSS to add color to a web page. HTML Table background colors can be used.

@Amaan - I know a website that provides users with HTML templates for FREE. All different types, with 2 columns, 3 columns, with navigation, etc. PM me and I'll re-find it from a quick search.
