This thread regards using reddit to gain thousands of views to almost any website. There are tons of guides regarding reddit marketing, but they are often broad and incomplete. There are a lot of different factors to deciding how you can market your website or website's pages on reddit, and figuring it out can take a lot of time. I have been using reddit personally, and for marketing, for years and am here to answer any questions about it here.
I will gradually update this thread with the questions asked, and my answers, so it's an easy to read guide for future visitors. I would go ahead and write a guide, but I don't want to give you guys/gals information that you already know. Additionally, I'm sure many of you have specific questions that only relate to your site. I'm happy to answer those or help you with the basics! Feel free to share a link to your site, or page, if you have a question about how to specifically market that URL. Please don't include your link if you're asking a general question about reddit marketing.
Examples:
-Got a YouTube video to 30,000+ views in less than 24 hours
-Gotten many YouTube videos between 5,000-20,000 views in less than 24 hours
-Collectively received around 500,000+ views on YouTube due to reddit marketing (I no longer work on that channel, but it has 2.56 million views. Many views come from redditors subscribing after my marketing & coming back to watch videos)
-Gotten hundreds to thousands of unique visitors on almost any website whenever I use reddit to market a page/site
-I could go on. Marketing on reddit is easy once you understand how the site works! Hint: It's sort of like fishing!
