Anyway, I don't think a stern warning will do much. People will have to be that smart to look in the /styles/ directory. Just be on the watch out for themes sales and see if its FA's theme.

I agree with Fergal on this one, and to be fair there was no way you can stop people from using it if the have it because lets be honest, the internet is massive and actually it seems as if you 'gave it out' really, in terms of how they got it.

I understand I made a mistake, hence the reason why I posted about it a few pages back.

That doesn't mean I'm not going to do nothing about it, when I have the opportunity to take action. I don't sit back. I'm an aggressive player.

And for the record, I wasn't threatening anybody. Just stated a mere warning that if I do see the theme being used in any form whatsoever without permission, I will act upon it. And who in their right mind wouldn't?

Nevertheless, this issue has for the most part, been solved via PM. Only time will reveal what will happen.

...I can't give you the names of course, but let's just say everyone from FP upper management to others that are banned from FP, to people who don't even know what FP is.

If they are warning you about theft, and know who is involved, why won't they give the names? Why would they want to protect thieves?

That reference sounds like a deliberate slur on FP. If they are referring to Admins, there are only four of us, ask them for a name.

Overall that PM has an air of familiarity to it, accusing people without proof and without giving names. Doesn't that just seem a little suspicious to you? Have you considered the real motivation of whoever sent you that PM?

Obviously I know very little of the circumstances and it is quite likely that I'm barking up the wrong tree.

Christian Bullock designed it for me. He had nothing to do with it.

I was most surprised about that too. His reason was "I don't want my name to be apart of it and be banned from everywhere". That user is permanently banned here on FP as he told me.

Actually, one of the administrators had it. Another reputable member here had it too. I spoke to them individually, and they confessed they had it. They've said they deleted it, though I'm not entirely convinced, nor do I know if they have spread it on, but we'll see.
