Number of Members: (7/10)
Your forum has a total of 50 members, This isnt bad as your forum is fairly new. I suggest starting a referral competition, where a member gets a prize for referring a number of members to your forum. Carry on advertising and im sure more members will join, Im going to give your forum 7/10 for this.
Number Of Active Members: (8/10)
Its hard to tell how many of your members are active as your forum is fairly new, But i can tell that not a lot of them are, So i suggest that you start a posting competition, where members have to make the most posts to win a prize, this will keep them active until the competition is over, and hopefully keep them active after it also. If you cant think of anything to give maybe offer a staff position or VIP membership. Ive given your forum 8/10 for this.

837 posts isnt a great number, But your forum is fairly new. As i reccomended above a Posting competition could help you get a lot of posts. Maybe Recruit a few friends to bump some topics for you to make your forum look active also. Your forum is nice looking, the banner catches your eye, and the skin has plenty of bright colours. What i dont like is the way that you still have the Forum name & description over your banner, Its hard to see and wrecks your banner, I suggest removing them. Im going to give your forum 17/20 as i dont think id change a lot myself.
Layout: (10/20)
Your forums layout is a bit messy, I think you should make it so the staff room is only visible to staff, rather than have it password protected for all to see, plus, its easy for none staff to get in as they could ask for the password, and every time the staff list changes you would have to change the password, which would be a pain. I reccomend changing "Computer tech" to "Technology" and moving "Console/other game dicussion" into it. Ive given your forum 10/20 for this.
Moderation: (10/10)
Your forum has 4 people with Moderator abilities, I think this is a good number for the amount of members you have. I dont think you need another Moderator until 75 members or 2000 posts. I have given your forum 10/10 for this as i dont think anything needs changing.

I think your forum is quite active for the amount of members you have, The amount of members which have been posting in 48 hours is a nice amount. I think you should improve your spelling and grammar on the index page as it is quite bad. Instead of "Teh lounge", you should call it "The lounge" as it looks more professional. A space after a comma, as in the announcements forum description. Ive given your forum 6/10 for this as its quite poor.
