I don't always, but try to drink the recommended 8 ounces a day although it varies. I have a refillable water bottle that I fill up throughout the day. When I had a fitness tracker I logged it into the app so I could quickly see where I was at for that day. I find if I don't drink enough water I get small tension headaches or sinus issues that act up.
I actually asked my Dr. about this, and then on top of that I asked my female companion and a few PHd's I know on the matter.
All have confirmed that the 8 glasses of water a day thing is complete horsehocky. We only need about half that as long as you stay on a whole food diet and eat you fruits and veggies, etc.
If you have cramps in your legs or whatever it may not be due to dehydration as some may say but it could be a mineral/vitamin deficiency. Easy fix for the most part if you research and take the proper brand with your Dr.......not that big store GNC junk. That is pure garbage as I can verify it once again with a buddy who teaches a UCB and holds a PHd in Chemistry but with my older cousin who has a degree in Bio-Eng and owned a gym that I worked at as a trainer.
I am not a health nut or a substitute for info, so go to you Dr. and have a one on one conversation with him/her.
If your Dr./NP don't have the time...then get a new Dr. that really cares about you.
-----I can show you how to make organic pesticide if you wish. I have an uncle who is a free reign willy Chemist for KODAK that showed me how when I was about 12. Easy stuff. 🙂
I drink very little water. I wish I did some times though. It's just hard since I prefer cold bottled water or at least filtered water. Where I live right now there isn't enough space in the fridge for my water filter jug thing nor is there much room for the huge water bottles my grandmother purchases. 😛
For a while I was doing REALLY good and drinking a lot of water! I'm trying to get back to that though.
