Watermark in posts

Is there a way to have a very light watermark inside post content pages as the background? Phpbb is the forum.

I think there is a MOD to alter the background colour, so you may be able to use a pic instead of a colour

That one allows post authors to change the colour of their posts, it may be adaptable for your purpose

I would imagine you would need an image for that.
