Pros
+ You should be proud of your forum's layout. You seem to know what you are doing with the layout, there's only a couple things that concern me. I feel "Introductions" should be the last board in the first category. I feel "Forum Games" should only be a sub-board in the "General Discussion" board.
+ Your forum's theme is fine. It's not too attractive, but it's good that it has something to do with your forum's genre. I don't like how dark it is though, I feel you should have a light theme available if you don't already.
Cons
- You need to work on your forum's spelling and grammar, especially in the board descriptions and important topics. I noticed multiple mistakes in the board descriptions. I'll point out one, in the "Introductions" board description, the sentence is a run-on sentence. "New here" needs to be "New here?"
- You should be more creative with the board descriptions. It's way too repetitive. You have used the word "Discuss" far too many times. Don't be afraid to change it up a bit. You can mix it up with words like "Chat," "Talk," etc.
- Your forum's logo is in a way fine, as it isn't just random, it has meaning. I feel the logo should be smaller though. The logo is just very large. It makes the header area too big. I feel you should make a new logo in a smaller size.
- You need to get your forum's activity up. Don't be afraid of participating in post exchanges or requesting post packages. They can be helpful in getting things going. The forum just isn't active. It's definitely struggling. You're almost the only person posting.
- Your forum's statistics are very poor as the lack of activity. Your forum has been open for a month and a couple days, and it has little to show for it. Your forum has not even gotten past the 100 post mark yet after like 35 days being open. That's an average of a bit less than three posts a day, which is not good. Of course, you need to work on developing your forum and getting it somewhat active before you even start paying attention to your forum's statistics.
- Your forum doesn't have a favicon. You should really consider getting one. It could be a Halo icon or your forum's initials. They have favicon generators online if you don't know how to make one.
Final/General Thoughts
Your forum is obviously struggling. Work on the couple things I mentioned and I really feel you should get into post exchanges and things of that nature. They can really help.

Your dedication, as your forum has had no lucky and has already been open for a month. Most administrators give up when the going gets tough, you seem to be hanging in there though.
