We got 3 million posts!

Well done! I remember telling you that you were great and very good forum owner in the 2 million posts milestone topic here and I still have the same things to say apart from adding that you are even more awesome!
 
OMG wow lotta replies XD Thank you so much guys!

It's been somewhat rough, we're actually going through a slow patch right now. Plus, once a forum gets to be big, everything that used to be a once in a while chore becomes its own workload. Work seems to sometimes ooze out of every tiny crack. It's a LOT of work and places strain on the staff sometimes and things that did not used to be a problem start to become problems. for a while we were getting problems seemingly out of nowhere not understanding why, but it's all connected to the growth. Something to think about when you are working on growing your board.

Again you are all awesome, guys, thanks for the support!

Currently we are analysing the causes of the site's currently slump, and will be trying to roll out a few reforms within the next week.
 
Can I just ask how long your forum's been there for? If it's three years old and got three million posts throughout its time then that's even more impressive D:
