First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
You can tell your forum is phpBB, but it's one of the most original skins out there. It's very modern looking with pretty much everything from the default phpBB skin customized. The side icons are very original and cool. Obviously it's a problem that they're non-English, but you said your team is working on that so I'm not gonna deduct any points for that. The skin is overall just great, nothing hard to read or understand. One thing though is you have Portal links everywhere, and while MKportal is a good portal (I use it myself), using the skin with it doesn't look so great. It's hard to read and some of the images look a bit off on it. If I could suggest one thing for your board's look, instead of just having a text banner type thing, use the empty space at the top to place a proper banner. That would make it look a bit more original to your forum, you know?

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your site layout is for the most part fine. The forums fit in the correct categories, and are arranged fine. One minor thing is that the "our voice" forum doesn't have the list subforum option turned on, but the other forums do. That doesn't seem right. Another thing is the trash bin, if it's trash, why is it seen to users? That sort of defeats the purpose of moving it there if everyone can still see it. Finally, I don't know if you can change how that tag cloud appears, but it would look nicer if it was stretched across, not this box that stretches the page down. Those are the only 3 things I noticed that could use some tweaking.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Well your member count is good, but you could doing better in terms of posts. Around 250 isn't very good for a forum that's been open a few months. Some of your forums severely lack posts so I would encourage more posting there.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You're not severely overstaffed, but you sort of are overstaffed. Your forum isn't that active, I don't know why you need 2 admins and 2 global mods. Again, it's not that bad, but I wouldn't hire anymore at the moment.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your forums only had minor spelling mistakes, which is good. Here they are:
"Give us ideas on how to make the site better or report a problem " should be, "Give us ideas on how to make the site better, or, report a problem."
"Scientific posts go here. Technology, Experiments and more!" should be, "Scientific posts go here. Technology, experiments and more!"
"These are companys such as Kubuntu who have put their items out on the market but have yet to become a major company " needs a period at the end.
"Here is the forum to play Forum Games" needs a period at the end.
"A place for Organizations to come together, establish meetings, and more" should be, "A place for organizations to come together, establish meetings, and more."
Your professionalism is fine.
