Time for some philosophical fun! 😛

"We see and understand things not as they are but as we are"
What do you think about that? I'd say that it's generally true. How we perceive things is directly influenced by how we are, mainly by things like:
-Our cultural background
-Our mood
-Society
-Personality
-Previous knowledge
-Opinion
-How we (as humans) have evolved

What do you think? A strawberry is red. Is it because our eyes are made to send the color red to our brains or is it because strawberry is red? What if our eyes were evolved in a different way so that they saw "red" as another color?

there will never be a simple answer like that the universe is a complex thing man, lots of what happens we dont know why but there is always a reason there is a reason for everything, you start to see things when you use things to your advantage..

I agree completely. The way we, as humans, see things can vary when compared to say, an ant. But within our own perception of things, there are many other interpretations of the strawberry. To some, it may have some sentimental meaning, for others, it might mean something completely different.

That's why I think it's important to, sometimes, look at things from a neutral angle in life. Don't let your perception or opinion get in the way - just look at situations as though it doesn't affect you. You'll make sane decisions that way.
