Web Design For Hosting Site

I am currently running WeHostYour.Info and would like to get out client side coded into a template. I would like to know if anyone would be up for the job to get it coded. Here is the start that I need coded up.

Every page is full php. Has no other coding in the pages as of right now.

I would like to know how much FP you would charge for this. This does not have to be 100% custom made. You may use a template that looks decent.
