Appearance
The first thing that I noticed upon visiting your site was the design. It is very clean, professional and could easily attract new customers alone. The colors are in good contrast and easy on the eyes. The slider with the hosting plans is a nice touch. I would suggest increasing the time that each slide shows from 6 seconds to 8 or 10 seconds. This would give potential customers more time to read the basic features. The plan boxes are a nice compliment to the slider. They give the potential customer and idea of what type of plan would suit their sites need best.
Layout
The layout of your header is good overall. There is a lot of blank space in the top bar where you have the client login link. I would suggest either moving the "Get Social with us!" buttons closer to the center, add a small Twitter feed or a link to view/submit testimonials. The plans page is very well layed out and easy to navigate. The WHMCS layout should be blended better with the default theme. If you do not want to or cannot do that then I would suggest designing the site around the WHMCS platform. This would give the site a more uniform look across all the pages.
Statistics and Activity
As with any web host it is hard to determine activity. I will leave you with this food for thought; if you do not have enough clients or income to sustain the server that you host off then you should think about different marketing techniques.
Content
This is another hard category for web hosts. There are only static pages to go off on websites. From what I can see there is just enough content on your pages to give potential customers a feel for what you offer.
Organisation and SEO
The organization is top notch on all pages. I am not sure how much better rinsed you could get. As far as SEO goes, you need to put some more work into it. Your site is not ranked for the keywords "web host" "website hosting" "reseller hosting" or "vps hosting". Your Google page rank is PR1, which is not bad for a site that has only been open for 7 weeks. According to Alexa, there are no backlinks associated with your domain. That is not bad as you have only been open for 7 weeks but there is some work to be done to get you more exposure. One thing that I can suggest is submitting your site to some of the web host directories that allow "dofollow" links. This is one of the best ways to boost your backlinks in relevant niches. You could also ask your clients that have been with you for a while to spread the word via reviews on forums like Web Hosting Talk and The Admin Zone.

Overall, you have a great looking website. There are minor things that could be changed here and there but it is a very nice website. Work on filling in that space on the header. There are so many things that could be done with that area. Let your imagination run free with it and be creative! Try integrating your site with WHMCS, either WHMCS into your site or your site into WHMCS. There also needs to be a lot of SEO work done. I am no expert on SEO so I cannot be of much help in this area. Ask around the Forum Promotion community for advice or preform a Google search for how to effectively SEO optimize a website.
