First Impressions & Appearance
You have a really nice theme, it really bridges the website to the forum. It is clear, clean and very professional. The globe adds the 'server/hosting' feel. Great job on the colors and images, looks great!
I am not sure what the info bar says. I never have used an IRC so that is probably why, but I mean not all people who use hosting have used IRCs. Try and make it more clear as to what it is saying.
The affiliates section is very nicely done. The pattern you have with the images is way better than just filling it up with one image. Very clean and not in the way, I love it.
The live chat button really sticks out at me - a good thing since on most places I go to get support their live chat is always hidden somewhere on their site. Having it out there will really help your clients.

Site Layout
Your forums are laid out pretty well. I am not sure why you have a community support section because it has no posts and one would like to get professional help. I don't think any problem would be big enough that they would rather get non-staff support fast than professional help within the hour.
I like how general discussion has all the general categories within the forum itself. That saves a lot of space and keeps everything covered.
I am not sure about your shoutbox. I don't think it serves a lot of purpose in its self. I see messages posted about how sites on WHF are down - which isn't a good impression. I'd recommend moving it to a more solemn position or just remove it - wouldn't hurt.

Statistics and Activity
Since this is a support forum, I can't expect you to have booming activity - because you are aimed at your clients and most tend to just post when they need help.
For being open a year, you have almost 7k posts. Which again isn't bad, but I would try boosting community interaction - like a posting contest. Like non-staff member with the most posts by the time the forum reaches 10,000 posts gets like 6 months of free professional hosting. It would up the amount of people visiting for sure.
Pretty good activity - and the staff stay active too.

Staff Moderation
As said, your staff are doing a good job with a pretty small community to manage. All your support staff are on their toes with the help threads and the live support. They manage it all, great job - along with the Administrator by posting updates on the service.
You have a really tight team and they are all dedicated - very good staff!

All of your forums use great grammar and are very professional. They all get to the point without going over and over or being redundant.
