I am offering web-hosting at a offshore location in the Netherlands.

You can host anything you wish, as long as it doesn't break any rules in the Netherlands, which are a lot more lenient than in the US.

You get unmetered access to your data and bandwidth, no cpanel at this point in time, but you do get FTP and email(s) and mySQL database(s) upon request.

Either a select amount of FP per month, $$ or posts on my upcoming forum.
