It's probably worth mentioning that your "Paid services" category is misleading. When I first visited your site I was under the impression I'd be asked to pay for some of your services. If I were you I'd change it to something more appropriate, preferably something that doesn't mention money or currency...let them find that out in each section's guidelines.
Also try to get some posts on your forum before continuing to promote. It's probably worth asking your real life friends and / or family to help you, because no matter how much you try, nobody is going to join an empty forum. It will take a lot of work and you'll need to be very patient, because starting a promotion forum is harder than ever these days...almost impossible some say.
Do you have some kind of team behind you? Because it looks like a lot of work for one person to manage. Actually on that note I notice your forum offers quite a lot of unnecessary things such as Calendar, Lottery, Shop, Live Chat, Arcade, Gallery and Shoutbox. You don't need those for a promotion forum, they're luxuries and should only really be added when your forum grows and your members start asking for things like that.
