At this moment in time, it's not worth it. You could but it would have to be about predictions for the time being until it's either announced or released. You'll also need to use a forum software like SMF, XenForo, ProBoards etc. I've seen your post on asking someone to build a site for you shows that you don't know web development(This is not an insult, I might be wrong). As said, if you want to start a forum, use something like SMF, XenForo or ProBoards. They are all great and have their ups and downs. The next part is the host which you can research or ask someone on ForumPromotion about. Good luck!

Go for it. Just remember that each forum software has it's ups and downs and that you should always do some research for each one before using them.
I'll launch it when PS5 is announced and released.

Good thinking. In the meantime, why not work for another forum or start up a hobby forum or gaming forum.
