I believe it's IPB 1.3 which is not legal to run only if you downloaded it from the official IPB site 5 years ago, which I am quite sure WarStopper didn't, as he is only 12 now (found out from his promotion forum), so 5 years ago he was 7. Also IPB 1.3 has a lot of secruity holes and your site can be hacked in under 2 minutes using very little programming knowledge.

Haha no problem, at first glance I thought the same too. Also the way its in the title hes like "we are now on IPB" making it sound like he bought a license which he didnt because ipb 1.3 is really old and might as well call it fake also. Also the fact that it was released for free then.

Not really, I only viewed the topic because I wanted to actually see if this was once a worthwhile community, but now I can see it obviously wasn't and most likely never will be. Good luck though.
