Webcam help

Alright, so I just got a webcam. The webcam itself works, but I can't get it to work on MSN. I'm not going to waste my time going to 20 different webcam support sites..instead, the people on this forum are technology smart.

I've been trying to get it to work, but to no avail.

Edit: I noticed on MSN, when I try to show my webcam to others, it just shows the Webcam max stuff.

Double Edit: I got that fixed, but now, I can't seem to get the webcam clipped on top of my laptop firmly. I can get it on, but it's lose.

Nah the redneck way would be duct tape 😛.
