Catchy domain name, although seems kinda limited, a user may think your site is only for US residents/sites and look elsewhere, don't you think?

Thats when it comes to place where they ask our live support agents 😛 I'll be sure to make it clear for that reason.

Well if it were me I wouldn't even bother to ask your live support agents, id simply close the site and move on to the other thousands of hosts which don't give me the first impression of being only US based.

If that was the case, then mostly likely they are out of the states and out in "international". Maybe finding a host out there would be better for them anyways because of the distance of the hosting. I would personally want them to succeed in their search for a good host, even though It may not be myself.

Yeah but most hosts are based in US or UK, and id still use them even though the distance is huge, but at least they aren't named based after the US, which to me gives the feel that the host only wants US clients.

Anyway ive seen the host is opened, so good luck 🙂
