I am in need of a cheap paid client script for a hosting site or I require a free script, right now I am using THT, but there is a problem with my staff account and I have also used AccountLabPlus but I can not find any good templates for it.

Theres DirectAdmin, WHM/WHMCS, or ClientExec. There paid but you can get them on monthly leases. You wont really find any free or really cheap decent programs.

You might be able to get a cheap license from licensepal

You can get WHMCS from $12.95/month,
You can also get ClientExec from $8.95/month,
Or you can also get Blesta from $8.95/month.

They also offer some support related scripts as well, such as Kayako, so could definitely be worth looking into.
