I don't know if its just me, the spaces in this quoted paragraph is a bit weird.

I like the design just because I already saw it on another hosting website.

So, make unique design when you make a little bit more customers because, there are customers who look at your design and decide if they are going to buy hosting from you just because of the design for example.

Another question, why is it in your logo the "m" letter different color? Doesn't make sense to me 😀

The theme you are using seems to be a really overused theme, I have seen it on plenty of web hosts. However, that is okay. What I would suggest is you should try to customize the design to make it your own.

You might want to add a favicon to the website. On your homepage, there is a column "About Us" and then a rather large portion titled "About PremiereHost"...little confusing there.

The knowledgebase doesn't really contain much, but that is okay; KB builds as clients increase.

The web hosting packages page is very simple and pleasing to the eyes!

It's a nice, clean and effective theme, so the question is: Why not use it? haha. But yes, we will personalize it a bit more over time (including an incorporation of a favicon).

More articles will be added to the knowledgebase; they are currently being transferred from the old billing script to WHMCS.

Well, it certainly is a very clean and nice design. But if a theme is overused, the reason to not use it would be because... it's overused. Your company needs to have it's own look, if your company looks like the previous one...it doesn't give a client a good impression. Just speaking from experience.
