Unfortunately it has come to a point where I have had to realise that it is time for me to sell a project which I had high hopes for. About a year ago I saw a gap in the forum related market. For this reason I opened Forum Genius, a blog dedicated to forums. The feedback I had when I was posting on a daily basis was great, the blog has been very popular and I believe it could have done fantastically well had I had more time.
So, this brings me to the point. I am selling Forum Genius.
The blog is located at http://www.forumgenius.com and is a Wordpress Blog. The theme it uses is a free theme, GoPress by WPExplorer. It also has another free theme installed on it which I made a couple of customisations to, TrulyMinimal by FlareThemes.
The database consists of 22 completely unique, high-quality articles which are each at least 600 words. All articles are SEO optimised, as is the rest of the database. It also has 9 comments, so there is a small amount of user-reader interaction.
There are 17 plugins installed on the blog, where I use 13 of them. All of them are free plugins. I use Easy Digital Downloads to manage the downloads side of the site, there are only a couple of downloads available at the moment. But you obviously get full rights to these. The site also has about 10 registered, genuine users.
The Alexa ranking was down around the 5,000,000 mark but due to inactivity has shot up to around 9,000,000 again. The domain itself has no history and is only about 6 months old. There is also a Twitter account @forumgenius with 8 genuine followers.

I would be willing to sell the whole site as a package or just the database. I am not willing to only sell the domain.
