Appearance
The appearance of the forum looks pretty good. It's quite simple and clean. I'd make a couple of customization changes, though. First, is there a way you could change the title "Flexile" at the top? If you can't then you might have to find another skin. Otherwise, definitely change this! It tells that you still have the skin defaults loaded onto the forum. In addition, you might want to consider designing a logo for your site as well. I suggest something like a globe and the text "Webmaster Flux" next to it or some arrangement like that. It could definitely be more creative! Even develop a simple slogan, at that. Otherwise, it looks pretty good. I'm not too familiar with XenForo so I don't have too much knowledge about the skins there but I'm sure you'll be able to get one that suits you best. Great job in this area.
Layout
The layout is pretty good. I think for a start there's a good amount of forums and it seems pretty organized. There's a good balance here. I like the way it was set up. I think here at this stage it will do a pretty good job so I like the way it looks! In the future, think about getting more forums because webmaster is a pretty wide topic to chat about. Also try to add some more things to the page to try and spice it up some. That way you can attract your guests even more. It's doing very good.
First Impressions and Interest
I wasn't too sure where the "flux" part of the name came from, but overall I had a pretty good impression. It was very nice and simple. There were a couple of places I thought could be a little more developed, so try to spread the posts out more to other less attended forums too! The "flexile" text though was a little strange to me so I wasn't sure if the site was still in progress or not. Hopefully with some updates it will look a lot more cleaner and have a finished look.
Content
Very good from what I saw. There's a good length of posts that seem interesting to read about. There's some that could be a little more unique so make sure to work on that. Establish the rules a little more. That way you can inform people a little better about your site. It's pretty good so keep it up.
