I believe he is trying to buy a database because if he just wanted a domain he would not have said anything about strict confidence. The strict confidence statement implies that the seller may want to hide the sale.

I will consider any webmaster forum, regardless of size, traffic or revenue. I will also consider domain names if you have a particularly good one.
