I'm not staff on the forum but spork, it's a 10+ post limit so just give it like 15-20 more minutes. Usually for softwares like this it takes some time to refresh the cache and recognize your new permissions. Sometimes if you reached 1000 posts on like Xenforo it won't give your award right away it takes some time to actually give you the award. It's very similar to this. 🙂

I'm assuming VB has tried to conserve some space on their client's websites, so yeah I think it's a cron job. I like the cron jobs honestly 🙂
