Pros:
- 300 posts in the 3 days you've been open is great, continue trying to be active and get all of your members signed up to post -- and get more members!
- Skin matches the site. Serious yet subtle, however it could do with a little more "spicing up" to make your website more appealing.
- The logo is OK, but once again it's nothing special. It suits the site though.
- You're using custom MyBB hosting - the best (in my opinion) you can get for free. Good choice.
Cons:
- Lack of a TLD, get a TLD and skip the co.cc, it doesn't look good for your site.
- Way too many forums for a new site - cut down on them. Make the subjects more broad - too many forums on a new site makes the site look completely empty.
- You don't have a "Who's Online Now" section, it's something members like.
- Try adding a note to get new users to sign up like the one I have to guests at ZoneXbox.
Final/General Thoughts: There is a LOT of competition from other webmaster forums, you will REALLY have to make yours stand out in order to be successful.
