You've got a good start for the forum, and glad to see you made at aleast one topic in every board before advertising. But, seeing your forum is for webmaster and designiers ... you should have a more unique look to the forum; to showcase your forum's expertise.

One thing that made me chuckle, though, was the posting contests annoucement. those are not always a smart things to do in the beginning phase of a forum. May make the forum look too desperate and eager to get a higher post count total for the forum. i'd suggest holding off on that, til you get more active members to contribute; instead just a couple, and it'll be easy to win.

best of luck, i like what you got so far, but i myself have no interests in web design
