Website feedback please

Hello, I'd like some feedback on my website, I've updated it and made it look more tidy and neat.

I've also used brighter colours than before (before it was a rather dark blue).

What do you think to it? (By the way in IE it breaks and I'm aware of that and I'm fixing that).

the "welcome guest" box is looking a bit out of place to me or if some transparency cud be added to it then it's good in it's place 🙂

i am using firefox

the banner is at it's place in theme but the looks it is giving are as if it was a pop over which stuck at it's place (this may be due to color combo)

The errors on top in the picture above (link), I see too when I visit your site. I was using IE.

Yes I see that too, but pushing that out of the subject the site looks pretty good.
