Hello everyone. So, I'm helping a rapper friend of mine make his website. We've been trying to think of different softwares to use and I think we have it narrowed down to 2, unless a better one comes up.

Our 2 options right now are WordPress and Drupal.

What do you guys think? Which of those would be better for a musician? Or should we use something else?

People off the top of my head using these softwares are Snoop Lion/Xzibit (WordPress) & P!nk/J-Lo (Drupal)

Wordpress is the best option that you have for making websites. You can get custom themes or even edit your CSS to make your own theme. Wordpress comes with numerous SEO friendly plugins which will help you to optimize your website well.

I have only used Wordpress in the past, so I would only recommend that one. It is easy to use with high customization abilities. The appearance is also great, and there are many great free themes for it outside.

In the end, choose whichever one you're most comfortable using. 😉

I've honestly never even used Drupal, I just heard that were a lot of good options for musicians and doing some research, that's true.

I'll probably end up using WordPress just because I already know the software. I just wanted to get some input from you guys first.

That makes me curious, what kind of options or functions does Drupal have that will be beneficial for musicians?
