First Impressions: (9 out of 10)
My first impressions of this site were great. I like the theme and the logo fits nicely with it. There is also a good amount of people that come online daily, so that means you have great things that make people want to keep coming back.
Number of Posts & Members: (6.5 out of 10)
If I am correct, the forum has been running since May of last year. You have 147 members. That does seem a little small considering how long it's been since the forum was created. There is a pretty good amount of threads, but the post count is a little low. I think if you start advertising more (if you're not advertising a lot now) you'll start gaining more members to get the number up.
Activity Level: (8 out of 10)
From what I can see, almost all of the forums have new posts today, although, I do see some boards that haven't been posted in since the beginning of the week. If you have anything to post in those sections, I definitely think you should. It will make the forum look completely active. Like I said at the beginning of the review, you have a lot of members coming online daily too. That's really good to see. If they are all posting too, that would be even better.
Site Structure: (20 out of 20)
I think overall, the site structure is good. I like how you have the recent posts, who's online, etc., on the side of the screen. I also like how you can toggle it on or off if you don't want to see it there or if you think it takes up too much space. Everything on the forum is right there for you to see and it's really easy to navigate through. I've seen some other XenForo sites that are really hard to navigate though and it really made me want to leave the forum because it was too hard to find anything.
Design Quality: (18 out of 20)
Overall, the design quality is good. I like the theme but I think it would be nice to have the option to switch from a light OR dark theme. Some people prefer dark themes because they are easy on the eyes, but others prefer light themes. I know one thing that keeps me visiting a forum is having different themes to choose from. I also want to talk about the logo. It looks great to me, it fits in well with the theme, the colors match, and it isn't too big.
Originality: (15 out of 15)
I think overall, the forum is pretty original. You don't have the exact same boards as other forums have and your logo is different from other I've seen. I'm not really sure if your theme is original or if it's a free/paid theme, so I won't comment on that.
Spelling, Grammar & Professionalism: (10 out of 15)
There is one thing I noticed that I want to point out before I start talking about anything else. On the entire forum, you spell the forum name without a space, but at the top where it says "Welcome to Website Forums!" there is a space. If you can, I think you should fix that. It makes me confused on how the name is actually spelled.
The second thing I want to talk about is the "IDGAF Zone". I really don't like the name of that and it makes me not even want to go in the section. I did look inside of it and all that was there looked to be forum games and such. Maybe you could rename it to something along those lines?
Thing you liked best about forum: The thing I liked best about the forum was the logo. It's very nice and as I said above it fits well with the theme.
Thing you liked least about forum: The amount of posts that the forum has compared to topics. Right now it doesn't seem like people are wanting to participate that much in topics.
Overall Mark: (86.5 out of 100)
I think you're doing a great job running WF, and it seems like an overall good community. I hope you take my advice to help make the forum even better then it is now. Good luck in the future. 🙂
